I was lucky enough to have Christine, as a member of the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce attend my ribbon cutting last week. Christine is a fellow member of the chamber and works at the Columbia Insurance Company in Lynn MA. She liked my food so much she ordered a great selection of hot catered items for an event at her house. Thanks Christine!!!
Christine’s Menu:
Potato wrapeed in bacon with shallot honey butter
Baked apple and chicken quesadiila with extra sharp cheddar
Roasted vegetable medley served on a bed of fluffy thyme scented cous cous
Our signature Garlic seared chicken, butter steamed broccoli and ziti tossed in a five cheese alfredo
An expertly displayed (Jen’s first) Antipasto tray with prosciutto, hot capicola,sharp provolone, a buffalo mozzarella and vine ripened tomato salad with pesto vinaigrette, roasted red peppers and marinated artichoke hearts
Homemade mini cheesecake cupcakes, warm rugula
Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Thank you so much for a job well done. All of my guests were thrilled with the selection of food and it was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you for all of your ideas, I was at a lost as what to order.
