@vikdug is a social media friend on Twitter. He had given me the idea to sell sandwich names (whether a custom creation based on the persons tastes or an old standard that you can not get enough of) for monetary contributions to Simply Gourmet Bistro and Catering. Ever a man of his word Mr. Vikrant Duggal was the first to the plate to buy his own culinary creation and I am calling it the Vikdug Fajita Dog. When I asked Mr. Duggal what his favorite foods are he had mentioned Mexican and since I never really had a cool “Signature” hot dog like I have for the most of the rest of my items, I thought this was perfect!! So what is the Vikdug fajita dog you ask?
The Vikdug Fajita Dog:
Buttered and Seared Hot Dog Roll
A 1/4 pound Old Neighborhood frankfurter wrapped in crispy thick cut bacon
Sour Cream
Cajun Spiced Sauteed Peppers and Onions
Peppered Asiago shred
